Smarty Pants Daycare & Preschool is open 12 months a year from 6:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M., Monday thru Friday. You will be asked to designate your child’s hours of attendance at the time of enrollment. Smarty Pants Daycare and Preschool is a fully licensed daycare operating under the rules and regulations of New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS). Our goal is to provide daycare for children in an environment that is both loving and secure. We provide stimulating and safe activities for children that provide learning experiences while playing.

  • Smarty Pants is required by the state childcare licensing law to be licensed by the Bureau of Licensing of the state of New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services. A copy of our current license must be posted in a prominent location at our center. Look for it when you’re in the center. Smarty Pants meets or exceeds all state standards pertaining to building, classroom equipment, staff ratios, safety and health procedures, nutrition, curriculum, and playground equipment areas.
     
  
  
• Admissions


• Enrollment is open to any child 6 weeks to 6 years of age provided Smarty Pants Daycare & Preschool and meet their needs. We accept children without discrimination in regard to sex, race, color, national origin, or religious belief. We will work with each family and be willing to make reasonable adjustments if in the best interest of the children. Parents and children are welcome tour the center, meet the staff, review and complete all necessary paperwork prior to enrollment. At the time of enrollment parents should meet with the Owner or Director to familiarize themselves with the environment, staff, policies and procedures, as well as review the child’s schedule. Children will be grouped according to age and developmental level.
